What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how AtomicX ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit theatomicx.com, interact with our AI assistant "Sara," or request a demo. AtomicX is an AI-automation agency that builds and operates AI voice agents and automation to book appointments for businesses.

Information we collect

Information you provide:

• Demo requests: when you submit our demo form, we collect your name, email address, and phone number.
• Conversations with Sara: the messages you type and the voice audio you speak when chatting with our AI assistant.
• Scheduling details: when you book a demo through Calendly, we receive your name, email, and meeting details.

Information collected automatically:

• Standard server logs collected through our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view.
• Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 — the pages you view, approximate location (country/region), and device and browser type. See the Analytics section below for cookies, regional consent, and how to opt out.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and messages.
• To schedule and run product demos.
• To provide, operate, and improve our website and services.
• To maintain the security and integrity of our site.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate this site and our assistant:

• Retell AI — powers the Sara chat and voice assistant. The voice audio, transcripts, and chat messages from your conversations are processed by Retell AI to generate the assistant's responses.
• Calendly — used to schedule demos; it receives the name, email, and meeting details you provide when booking.
• Cloudflare — provides hosting, content delivery, and security, and processes standard server logs.
• Google Analytics 4 — measures aggregate site usage so we can improve the site. Google processes the analytics events described in the Analytics section below.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and what device and browser they use. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to recognize returning browsers. It does not store your full IP address; Google uses it only transiently to derive approximate location and then discards it. We do not enable Google Signals or any advertising features, so this data is not used to build advertising profiles.

If you visit from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, analytics cookies are disabled by default and we receive only anonymous, aggregated signals. You can opt out everywhere by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers or advertising pixels on this site.

Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You can contact us at any time to access or request deletion of your information. You can also use the website without interacting with the chat assistant.
